A one-hour fun, interactive and inspiring session, with two innovation specialists who deliver innovation in practical ways into large and complex organisations such as Arup, NDA, Sellafield, Siemens Energy, Welsh Water, Reuters, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure & Google. Tina & Mark will share the principles of facilitation for innovation, along with top tricks, tips & proven tools and techniques that they have developed and applied over the last 30 years.
Tina Catling FICE, Msc Psych (Hons), FRSA, MIoD PPBAP
A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a corporate psychologist who is an experienced practitioner in unlocking the potential of people to have great ideas. Tina is passionate about understanding creative thinking and unlocking that potential in individuals to think in new and better ways. As part of this work, she gained a Masters with Honors in Corporate Psychology and has co-written two best-selling business books published by Wiley.
Mark Davies BA (Hons) MA
Mark is a specialist in embedding innovation into large complex organisations, and as the founder of the award-winning agency ThinkOTB, is genuinely passionate about the innovation business community. His quest to understand and deliver innovation and creative thinking has led Mark to study it, write two best-selling books about it, and to teach people to understand it.
The format is approximately 30 minutes presentation, followed by 30 minutes Q&A.
